Tarragon Chickpea Cream Soup

Onion
Celery
Carrots
Other vegetables
Vegetable Broth
Canned Garbanzo (chickpea) Beans (365 brand from Whole Foods)
Tarragon (fresh best)
Rice or almond milk
Saute chopped onions, celery, carrots, and any other vegetable you have in an iron frying pan with enough vegetable broth to keep it from burning. You can make enough to use in other dishes also.
Put some of the cooked vegetables into a food processor. Add a can of drained garbanzo beans, fresh tarragon, and rice or almond milk. Puree.
