Chocolate Pudding

1 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon crushed Kuzu Root Starch (purchase at Whole Foods)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
5 shakes of pure Stevia (or more if you like it sweeter)
few shakes of salt
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over low heat. Simmer until thickened. It will thicken more as it cools.
