Tummy Friendly Foods - recipes for sick folks

All recipes are whole grain vegan (no animal products). Fruits and vegetables are from moderate zones. No sugar, low sodium, no oil. Organic is preferred. Almost all of these recipes have been tested during chemo-induced nausea, and slide down like silk! Common foods to avoid are: white potato, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, eggplant, banana, tropical fruits, and vinegar.

Or, sprinkle with Ume Plum Vinegar (from Whole Foods)
