All recipes are whole grain vegan (no animal products). Fruits and vegetables are from moderate zones. No sugar, low sodium, no oil. Organic is preferred.
Almost all of these recipes have been tested during chemo-induced nausea, and slide down like silk!
Common foods to avoid are: white potato, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, eggplant, banana, tropical fruits, and vinegar.

Instant Split Pea Soup
Trader Joe's makes canned Split Pea Soup that has no bad ingredients. Good to have on hand for an emergency. Open can, and heat. Voowaalaa!!
