All recipes are whole grain vegan (no animal products). Fruits and vegetables are from moderate zones. No sugar, low sodium, no oil. Organic is preferred.
Almost all of these recipes have been tested during chemo-induced nausea, and slide down like silk!
Common foods to avoid are: white potato, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, eggplant, banana, tropical fruits, and vinegar.

Pero
Pero is a product found by the coffee in natural foods stores. It is a whole grain product that dissolves in hot water. For creamer, add Almond Milk.
Note: made of barley, so don't serve to gluten free eaters!!
