Hummus

You can make homemade hummus with chickpeas (garbanzo beans) and spice.
Or, you can buy fat free hummus at Whole Foods in several flavors.
Dip fresh well washed veggies in it, or bite sized Shredded Wheat, or spread it on bread cut into shapes for fun. Or use as a sandwich spread.
